Beyond angry I asked for the manager who apologized and acknowledged we had been sitting there for over 20 mins! We will NEVER come back.... Went to Chilis instead!

Came here this friday, since we seen this BWW that last couple of times we visited Laughlin, and were in the city again. We got there around 5pm, and it was kinda lonely.. Kinda weird, since the ones ive been too are always busy. It did pick up by the time we left, which was around 7pm. We got seated, and it took a few for the waitress to come over. Once she did, everything came pretty fast.. Our drinks and food. We had a bunch of different wings, and an appetizer plate.. All very good. My husband and I always come here to watch the big games. The beer is always cold and filled to the brim but the food is digusting!! I don't use that term loosely. Aside from being over priced, you never get what you paid for. We just got the nachos and they looked like something you would get at a state fair. Not good. The Bartender even took the nachos to show the cook so they wouldnt charge me for the extra cheese I asked for. Who takes food away then brings it back. Unchanged. Good place to go watch the figjts but thats about it. Food is never good.

So this was the first BWW location I ever ate at and fell I love BWW. It's fatty and you feel not so healthy afterwards, but it's delicious. My bf has a house out in Bullhead, so this is pretty much our go-to place when we are out there for the weekend. My favorite sauce is the spicy garlic.They have great pulled pork sandwiches and fried pickles (yea..fatty central). They are REALLY slow if you get a table for some reason, but the bar service is fast, so we always sit at the bar. I would recommend avoid sitting at a table cause it was that bad...it takes double the time for them to do everything. Bar is the way to go. They also have drink specials all the time, so you can get a cheap beer there too.

Don't order any drinks with water mixed in!!! No ice/no soda/no lemonade....they are on the city water (waitress stated) and it taste like a mouth full of chemicals! My daughter hated it so the only bottled juice they had was cranberry, which my 6yr old loves but said this one tasted like throw up...so they definantly need to step up the game in the drinks department! Can't beet the beer selects...food was nothing to brag about, burgers are plain & fries if they came straight from Micky-D's! I wasn't gunna review this place but I gotta warn everyone the water they give u is straight chemicals!

I wanted to write a review on this place just because the staff and the specials they always had going on. My friends and I would eat here on Sundays during football games and to order boneless wings. The staff always had some type of fun special or contest to receive NFL merchandise, food, or drinks. It is the best "B-Dubbs" I have ever been to just because of those reasons.

we used to love to go here but wow the difference lately.#1 the buzz time trivia game and texas hold em are no longer at the booths tv's.#2 they discontinued there ribs #3 they raised there prices on everything even there specials. #4 while raising there prices they have started serving way smaller traditional and boneless wings .when the boneless was 55 cents each on Thursday at least they was a good size we just bought some and they are now 69 cents and it takes 2 to equal the size of one that they used to serve.

I just don't get this place. People here in town seem to love it. Bland wings, lousy salads. Food is served on plastic plates or paper plates. The TV screens for sporting events is it's saving grace and they have a decent outside patio when the weather is nice.

Wow! I've eaten here twice and have had totally different experiences from the other reviews here. I like Buffalo Wild Wings for the variety of their wing sauces. This day I came here to waste time while my husband worked (we hail from PHX area). I sat in this booth for hours and had terrific service from 2 different servers (due to shift change). I asked for a salad that had hot chicken on it and the waitress suggested the naked chicken tender salad (i didn't see this on the menu). I got the chicken with the Asian Zing sauce which is sweet and tangy. The food came out pretty quick and looked delicious. I ate the entire salad! The waitress checked on me just enough, and even had another server stop by to ask about my Nook I was reading. When my husband got off work, a different waitress served us and was just as friendly. He ordered some wings and mini corn dogs. Everything tasted just fine. I was there from about 2:30 on a Friday until about 6 pm when my husband finished eating. It was pretty slow, there were mainly people in the bar, but there wasn't much noise. I like Buffalo Wild Wings, and this one was just as good as our local spot back here in the PHX area.

Just left here for dinner. We had a very large group (13 kids, 15 adults) almost every meal ordered was with special requests. Our server Devin was amazing!!! Handling guests and getting everything right! We did have to wait a little bit but we went in expecting that with such a large group. Food was excellent and the restaurant was very busy for being a Monday night. Great experience and next time we are back in avi we will come again!!!

Man, these reviews scared me. I thought the service was great, prompt and cheery. I enjoyed the wings. The sauces were very good. The bar area large and bright with lots of sports. The fireplace on the patio was very warming on a cool night. Lots of birthday parties going on and a lot of happy customers. I would return but alas I have to return to Canada.

When this place first opened, they had great food and excellent service. As time rolls on, both continue to dwindle as they allow all the white trash in to ruin the environment, and the management does not keep an eye on to-go orders as I believe between my mom and I, we have had to return our orders everytime. Of course, it is usually when we arrive home when we realize they forgot something. The BWW in Henderson is much better, possibly because they have a better selection for employees. Poor Bullhead...you got a good restaurant and turned it into poo.

I have to echo the sentiment of many others on this post. I have had some pretty bad service from the BHC location, however, I have never had bad food from there. I am a local and I have eaten damn near everything on the menu, from wings, to burgers to the chicken sandwiches and even their salads. There has been a few sauces I haven't cared for but that is a simple matter of taste. The food has always tasted good. However, I am a big 'customer service' guy, and I have received some less than stellar treatment. From forgotten food orders to long wait times for the bill, and even the frequent 'bone-dry' beverage glass. Rumor has it that they are expanding to open a branch in Kingman. I sincerely hope that they get their act together.

Worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress Missy messed up our order 3 times. She didn't apologize once and had an attitude making it seem like it was our fault. Not to mention we were going there for my birthday. She told my husband since she messed up so bad that she would do a birthday cake for us. Then she ended up charging us for the birthday cake. I want to give Zero stars!!! I thought I would be the only person to be making a bad comment about this dump but I see I'm not. The best thing is the rest of the comments are right on the money and I'm left with no new words to describe the place. Our service also sucked... We didn't expect much because it is Bullhead City but it was even worse than we could have imagined. I should of known when the server couldnt remember 3 drink orders and had to come back and ask 30 seconds later. Then after waiting 30 min for chicken wings and salad he spills a whole side of ranch on my lap. My order was wrong but close enough(wrong flavor) but then I realized I was misssing 6 wings. I figured he just got the amount wrong when I ordered them and it was no big deal. We were never checked on and my ice tea was never refilled... Even though it was sour tasting it was 105 out and I was thirsty.... We waited for the bill after we were done for 15 min and were avoided. My Wife asked the 16yr old hostess if she could get our server because we were waiting on our bill. After she said ok she went and seated 2 more tables and walked right back to her podium without a care in the world. Finally we started to just stand up and walk out (going to leave cash on the table) and he showed up. They had charged me for 18 wings but I only got 12 so already pissed but not wanting to wait any longer my wife told him it was wrong and he said i will be back and would fix it but we just walked out... From what we could see is it's a bunch of gay friends there working together and fucking off the whole time. Expensive food, plastic plates, paper baskets, and salad from a bag not even rinsed off just didn't do it for us.... Sorry Bullhead as the peeps above stated you got a semi good thing and you ruined it again. I don't see this place lasting another year there. The people in the area that can afford to eat there are not going to waste their time with it.

The smaller TVs on the table is a definite plus, if you're not seated next to a bigger tv. My food was cooked well and the mango habanero was satisfying as always. I tried the jalapeño poppers as an appetizer for the first time, and I was not disappointed. Both my girlfriend and I enjoyed our meals, and had a good lunch.

Upon arrival my husband and I were not greeted with a smile just a lot of confusion, the host wanted to seat us at a table where the sun was on us so we asked to sit at a different table it took them about 5 mins and 2 workers to figure out where we could sit, too many rules for a sports bar. My husband went to the bathroom and came back telling me it was dirty, smelled like pee and had no paper towels or soap. Come on clean it up!!! The food did come fast but I'm disgust with the high price for bar food, not sure I will be back!! Get it together!!!

My cousins and I love BWW so while on a family vacation in Laughlin we decided to try this location. We arrived around 1pm and the place was very slow. There was only about two other tables being used making us the third party to get there. After being seated we ordered our drinks which took our waitress FOREVER to get! Once we finally got our drinks we decided we should order right away before she runs off for another 30 mins wasting time. It was a big order so it didn't bother us that it took a while to get. After getting our wings and side orders we saw our waitress once more which was her just her giving us the check. She never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed any napkins or refills! May I remind you this place was very slow that day which makes no sense for her to basically abandon us. We continue to go to Laughlin but we will never go back to this location.

Went there tonight. Love the building and atmosphere but we got there at 4:25 was told had 20 min wait for a booth, got into the booth within 10 minutes. We got our food at 5:50. Totally ridiculous amount of time to wait for your food especially having a toddler with you. There waiter that helped us was alright but could been better. I am a overall fan of Buffalo Wild Wings so don't judge them all based on this review, because this one was just below their overall standards. The wings were undercooked and nearly raw, and actually had to get sent back. The burger was ok, but the bun was old and a little hard. My biggest complaint at this one were some of the staff. Our server clearly has a strong drug addiction. I did not like seeing the track marks on his arm, open sores on his face, and then watching him bring us our food.

It's the opening Saturday of the 2014 college football season. I'm a University of California Alumnus, and my only desire is to watch the California Golden Bears season opener against Northwestern. I decided on this particular Buffalo Wild Wings as it was one of the few options available this side of the river. By the fourth quarter, I was asked by the manager to "keep it down" because some families had complained. I didn't realize that you weren't allowed to cheer for your favorite sports team in a sports bar. That's my bad. I won't make that mistake again, as I won't be returning.

Been going here for several years. Always had decent service. Our visit this past sunday was horrible. I arrived before the rest of our party of 3. I was told I could not sit at a table in the bar until the others arrived. Which was rediculous. So I sat at the bar for a couple minutes until they arrived. We moved to the table in the bar and had decent service. We waited for the arizona cardinal game to come on. Which after it started there were no tvs in the bar area showing the game. Really? This bar is in arizona and not showing the game on tvs in the bar. We were now forced to move to the restaurant area. We were seated at a table and told we could not have a booth since we only had 3 people although others were sitting in booths with 3. We waited 30 minutes to be waited on. Thats after asking several waiters for service. So after moving tables 3 times we finally got some service. This place has to many rules just to sit down to enjoy a game, beer and food. Ill go somewhere else next sunday.

The food was horrible and the management even worse. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food (and it was NOT busy) and when we FINALLY got the food it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting in the window forever. So we asked for the manager who stood behind us and laughed and argued that it was impossible that it was cold because he quoted "I watched them put this food in the window." Yet it was obvious the food was actually cold to the touch. Regardless of his opinion, that isn't how you handle a complaint. I would NEVER spend another cent at that restaurant. We frequent Buffalo Wild Wings in Las Vegas and usually have a good experience regardless of which location we choose. We recently bought a houseboat in Arizona and figured we could go this one and it would be the same. Wrong! 3 bartenders were working (were present anyway) and none of them could seem to wait on us. When we were able to order, our order came out wrong and the girls behind the bar seemed angry or bothered that we wanted to send it back. All in all, this is the worst Buffalos that we have been to and we most likely won't be back to this location

My family and I come hear when we are in town at least 1 time every month but I have no clue what is going on with their service this last time so horrible the waitress was the worst! I came in with 10 people the food was badly prepared wings were not sauced properly and it took 35 min to order and an hour and 10 min to get our food I know they were busy but that is no excuse for service that bad! after driving in from phoenix my family just wanted to sit down and enjoy some beers and food. sadly what was supposed to be a 20 min wait ended up being 1hr (saw bigger groups then ours arriving late and being seated sooner than us) then we got drinks pretty quick and ordered then it was more downhill from there. never got our appetizer then took 45min to get our food. we had to ask for a manager then our food came right out. same thing happened to the table next to us. the food was cold and did not taste good. salad tasted like dirt. not happy with this place the one we have in Goodyear az is much better and cleaner

Every time food has been good. Just the take out area sucks about answering phone calls, I don't know how many times I have tried calling in to place a take out order. I finally gave up and just walk in and place my order. The people are goofing around and just talking its kind of annoying. I would of given this 4.5 if possible. The only complaint I have, is that the greeters that were handling the to go/seating were a little rude; didn't say much when we walked in. HOWEVER, the food was great as it is at any BWW and the bathrooms were CLEAN. Our waitress Michelle was pretty funny too. Ask for Dearick! He is the bomb. Probably one of the best waiters I've ever had. We had a group of 15 and he was constantly giving us new drinks and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Yesterday was a slow day during football it seemed like it took forever to get refills on drinks and our food order while sitting at the bar then after having the chips and fried potatoes I seem to have come down with food poising. I wanted to write a review on this place just because the staff and the specials they always had going on. My friends and I would eat here on Sundays during football games and to order boneless wings. The staff always had some type of fun special or contest to receive NFL merchandise, food, or drinks. It is the best "B-Dubbs" I have ever been to just because of those reasons.

Was dropped off but forgot wallet in car. Friend was coming right back but still bartender kicked me out of the bar area which is pretty much the whole place. It's hot in there, smells stale, people are rude. Don't go. Give your money to someone else.

we used to love to go here but wow the difference lately.#1 the buzz time trivia game and texas hold em are no longer at the booths tv's.#2 they discontinued there ribs #3 they raised there prices on everything even there specials. #4 while raising there prices they have started serving way smaller traditional and boneless wings .when the boneless was 55 cents each on Thursday at least they was a good size we just bought some and they are now 69 cents and it takes 2 to equal the size of one that they used to serve.

I just don't get this place. People here in town seem to love it. Bland wings, lousy salads. Food is served on plastic plates or paper plates. The TV screens for sporting events is it's saving grace and they have a decent outside patio when the weather is nice.

Wow! I've eaten here twice and have had totally different experiences from the other reviews here. I like Buffalo Wild Wings for the variety of their wing sauces. This day I came here to waste time while my husband worked (we hail from PHX area). I sat in this booth for hours and had terrific service from 2 different servers (due to shift change). I asked for a salad that had hot chicken on it and the waitress suggested the naked chicken tender salad (i didn't see this on the menu). I got the chicken with the Asian Zing sauce which is sweet and tangy. The food came out pretty quick and looked delicious. I ate the entire salad! The waitress checked on me just enough, and even had another server stop by to ask about my Nook I was reading. When my husband got off work, a different waitress served us and was just as friendly. He ordered some wings and mini corn dogs. Everything tasted just fine. I was there from about 2:30 on a Friday until about 6 pm when my husband finished eating. It was pretty slow, there were mainly people in the bar, but there wasn't much noise. I like Buffalo Wild Wings, and this one was just as good as our local spot back here in the PHX area.

Just left here for dinner. We had a very large group (13 kids, 15 adults) almost every meal ordered was with special requests. Our server Devin was amazing!!! Handling guests and getting everything right! We did have to wait a little bit but we went in expecting that with such a large group. Food was excellent and the restaurant was very busy for being a Monday night. Great experience and next time we are back in avi we will come again!!!

Man, these reviews scared me. I thought the service was great, prompt and cheery. I enjoyed the wings. The sauces were very good. The bar area large and bright with lots of sports. The fireplace on the patio was very warming on a cool night. Lots of birthday parties going on and a lot of happy customers. I would return but alas I have to return to Canada.

When this place first opened, they had great food and excellent service. As time rolls on, both continue to dwindle as they allow all the white trash in to ruin the environment, and the management does not keep an eye on to-go orders as I believe between my mom and I, we have had to return our orders everytime. Of course, it is usually when we arrive home when we realize they forgot something. The BWW in Henderson is much better, possibly because they have a better selection for employees. Poor Bullhead...you got a good restaurant and turned it into poo.

Gotta be fair...said I would never eat here again and I went back on my word. Have been here twice since my last review and have been extremely happy with the service and food quality. I would not think twice now about eating and drinking here. Great place in a town lacking any competition.

I have to echo the sentiment of many others on this post. I have had some pretty bad service from the BHC location, however, I have never had bad food from there. I am a local and I have eaten damn near everything on the menu, from wings, to burgers to the chicken sandwiches and even their salads. There has been a few sauces I haven't cared for but that is a simple matter of taste. The food has always tasted good. However, I am a big 'customer service' guy, and I have received some less than stellar treatment. From forgotten food orders to long wait times for the bill, and even the frequent 'bone-dry' beverage glass. Rumor has it that they are expanding to open a branch in Kingman. I sincerely hope that they get their act together.

Worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress Missy messed up our order 3 times. She didn't apologize once and had an attitude making it seem like it was our fault. Not to mention we were going there for my birthday. She told my husband since she messed up so bad that she would do a birthday cake for us. Then she ended up charging us for the birthday cake. We used to love going there when they first opened and the service has just gotten worse and worse everytime we've gone. We won't be returning here again.

I want to give Zero stars!!! I thought I would be the only person to be making a bad comment about this dump but I see I'm not. The best thing is the rest of the comments are right on the money and I'm left with no new words to describe the place. Our service also sucked... We didn't expect much because it is Bullhead City but it was even worse than we could have imagined. I should of known when the server couldnt remember 3 drink orders and had to come back and ask 30 seconds later. Then after waiting 30 min for chicken wings and salad he spills a whole side of ranch on my lap. My order was wrong but close enough(wrong flavor) but then I realized I was misssing 6 wings. I figured he just got the amount wrong when I ordered them and it was no big deal. We were never checked on and my ice tea was never refilled... Even though it was sour tasting it was 105 out and I was thirsty.... We waited for the bill after we were done for 15 min and were avoided. My Wife asked the 16yr old hostess if she could get our server because we were waiting on our bill. After she said ok she went and seated 2 more tables and walked right back to her podium without a care in the world. Finally we started to just stand up and walk out (going to leave cash on the table) and he showed up. They had charged me for 18 wings but I only got 12 so already pissed but not wanting to wait any longer my wife told him it was wrong and he said i will be back and would fix it but we just walked out... From what we could see is it's a bunch of gay friends there working together and fucking off the whole time. Expensive food, plastic plates, paper baskets, and salad from a bag not even rinsed off just didn't do it for us.... Sorry Bullhead as the peeps above stated you got a semi good thing and you ruined it again. I don't see this place lasting another year there. The people in the area that can afford to eat there are not going to waste their time with it.

The smaller TVs on the table is a definite plus, if you're not seated next to a bigger tv. My food was cooked well and the mango habanero was satisfying as always. I tried the jalapeño poppers as an appetizer for the first time, and I was not disappointed. Both my girlfriend and I enjoyed our meals, and had a good lunch.

I have been coming here for years and always had a good experience until yesterday. Upon arrival my husband and I were not greeted with a smile just a lot of confusion, the host wanted to seat us at a table where the sun was on us so we asked to sit at a different table it took them about 5 mins and 2 workers to figure out where we could sit, too many rules for a sports bar. My husband went to the bathroom and came back telling me it was dirty, smelled like pee and had no paper towels or soap. Come on clean it up!!! The food did come fast but I'm disgust with the high price for bar food, not sure I will be back!! Get it together!!!

My cousins and I love BWW so while on a family vacation in Laughlin we decided to try this location. We arrived around 1pm and the place was very slow. There was only about two other tables being used making us the third party to get there. After being seated we ordered our drinks which took our waitress FOREVER to get! Once we finally got our drinks we decided we should order right away before she runs off for another 30 mins wasting time. It was a big order so it didn't bother us that it took a while to get. After getting our wings and side orders we saw our waitress once more which was her just her giving us the check. She never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed any napkins or refills! May I remind you this place was very slow that day which makes no sense for her to basically abandon us. We continue to go to Laughlin but we will never go back to this location.

Went there tonight. Love the building and atmosphere but we got there at 4:25 was told had 20 min wait for a booth, got into the booth within 10 minutes. We got our food at 5:50. Totally ridiculous amount of time to wait for your food especially having a toddler with you. There waiter that helped us was alright but could been better. Love there food will go back but pick up the speed! :)

I am a overall fan of Buffalo Wild Wings so don't judge them all based on this review, because this one was just below their overall standards. The wings were undercooked and nearly raw, and actually had to get sent back. The burger was ok, but the bun was old and a little hard. My biggest complaint at this one were some of the staff. Our server clearly has a strong drug addiction. I did not like seeing the track marks on his arm, open sores on his face, and then watching him bring us our food.

It's the opening Saturday of the 2014 college football season. I'm a University of California Alumnus, and my only desire is to watch the California Golden Bears season opener against Northwestern. I decided on this particular Buffalo Wild Wings as it was one of the few options available this side of the river. By the fourth quarter, I was asked by the manager to "keep it down" because some families had complained. I didn't realize that you weren't allowed to cheer for your favorite sports team in a sports bar. That's my bad. I won't make that mistake again, as I won't be returning.

I would have to say that I will not come here again because the bathrooms are without napkins and water is leaking from the toilets and the staff does not have a clue, Only thing that was good as the food mediocre and the server was halfway alright, They also need a lot of work on how they greet people. Been going here for several years. Always had decent service. Our visit this past sunday was horrible. I arrived before the rest of our party of 3. I was told I could not sit at a table in the bar until the others arrived. Which was rediculous. So I sat at the bar for a couple minutes until they arrived. We moved to the table in the bar and had decent service. We waited for the arizona cardinal game to come on. Which after it started there were no tvs in the bar area showing the game. Really? This bar is in arizona and not showing the game on tvs in the bar. We were now forced to move to the restaurant area. We were seated at a table and told we could not have a booth since we only had 3 people although others were sitting in booths with 3. We waited 30 minutes to be waited on. Thats after asking several waiters for service. So after moving tables 3 times we finally got some service. This place has to many rules just to sit down to enjoy a game, beer and food. Ill go somewhere else next sunday.

The food was horrible and the management even worse. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food (and it was NOT busy) and when we FINALLY got the food it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting in the window forever. So we asked for the manager who stood behind us and laughed and argued that it was impossible that it was cold because he quoted "I watched them put this food in the window." Yet it was obvious the food was actually cold to the touch. Regardless of his opinion, that isn't how you handle a complaint. I would NEVER spend another cent at that restaurant. The server was good at least.

Went there this weekend and had a issue with a waitress name Amanda ,there was 12 in our party and we had two minors ,it was getting crowded so we had sit apart ,when she saw the 14yr old and the 20yr old she figured she was gonna lose out on tips ,she was very rude to us ,I got there a Lil late and one girl in our party said she was already acting rude ,we got charged $5.00 per person cause it was a maywheater fight which was our reason for going there we ask to speak to the manager I believe her name was Elaine and she handled the issue the wrong way and not professional ,there was waiter who even apologize to me as I was leaving cause he over heard and saw Amanda's rudeness ....

We frequent Buffalo Wild Wings in Las Vegas and usually have a good experience regardless of which location we choose. We recently bought a houseboat in Arizona and figured we could go this one and it would be the same. Wrong! 3 bartenders were working (were present anyway) and none of them could seem to wait on us. When we were able to order, our order came out wrong and the girls behind the bar seemed angry or bothered that we wanted to send it back. All in all, this is the worst Buffalos that we have been to and we most likely won't be back to this location

If you've ever been to Buffalo Wild Wings don't expect anything different from this one. If you've never been then know that the food is somewhat mediocre, but still pretty good. All the other BWW's I've been to have terrible service (I'm in OC area of CA) but this one had wonderful customer service. Maybe I'm not used to people being so polite. But it was refreshing for me to get such good service from a BWW.

I always love this place! My family and I come hear when we are in town at least 1 time every month but I have no clue what is going on with their service this last time so horrible the waitress was the worst! I came in with 10 people the food was badly prepared wings were not sauced properly and it took 35 min to order and an hour and 10 min to get our food I know they were busy but that is no excuse for service that bad! Manager did not even offer a discount!

He was very helpful in our selections and very friendly, being in the service industry ourselves we were very impressed. Food and drinks were also great, we will definetly return. Food is okay. Basically only bar type food. Atmosphere good Service is horrible. Waited a long time for service the last time I was here. I counted at least 4 waitresses doing nothing, while I waited for someone to at least acknowledge me. Finally, got service about 15 minutes later when the Manager saw me waiting impatiently. To some, 15 minutes isn't that long. But long to me when it's a lunch break and I have to get back to work. However, the manager was great. Once he took care of me, I had no issues. Giving this place 3 stars because of the manager. Otherwise, would have given this place a 2 Waitresses, It's okay to smile and look like you enjoy your job every once in awhile.

after driving in from phoenix my family just wanted to sit down and enjoy some beers and food. sadly what was supposed to be a 20 min wait ended up being 1hr (saw bigger groups then ours arriving late and being seated sooner than us) then we got drinks pretty quick and ordered then it was more downhill from there. never got our appetizer then took 45min to get our food. we had to ask for a manager then our food came right out. same thing happened to the table next to us. the food was cold and did not taste good. salad tasted like dirt. not happy with this place the one we have in Goodyear az is much better and cleaner

I live in Bullhead and Buffalo wild wings is always bad. The service was good the first month they opened but has sucked ever since. Have sat in for dinner with guests that came to ivisit the river. The service was so bad I was embarrassed I had taken guests there. The wings taste like they were cooked in the past and microwaved for our visit. The service is so bad we have tried pick up orders. They have never got the order right.

Every time food has been good. Just the take out area sucks about answering phone calls, I don't know how many times I have tried calling in to place a take out order. I finally gave up and just walk in and place my order. The people are goofing around and just talking its kind of annoying. Other then that, the restaurant is clean, food comes out fresh when you dine in and the costumer service is good.

I would of given this 4.5 if possible. The only complaint I have, is that the greeters that were handling the to go/seating were a little rude; didn't say much when we walked in. HOWEVER, the food was great as it is at any BWW and the bathrooms were CLEAN. Our waitress Michelle was pretty funny too. She answered our questions about the "boneless Thursday" deal and seemed pretty happy like she wanted to be there. The garlic Parmesan wings are my favorite and didn't disappoint ! Thanks Michelle !

Ask for Dearick! He is the bomb. Probably one of the best waiters I've ever had. We had a group of 15 and he was constantly giving us new drinks and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. At one point we saw him running to go back and get us extra ranch. I got that big jack daddy burger and it was amazing! Too bad I don't live down here ! This is the second Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to and I have had a great time!

Yesterday was a slow day during football it seemed like it took forever to get refills on drinks and our food order while sitting at the bar then after having the chips and fried potatoes I seem to have come down with food poising. Most likely rancid grease I strongly recommend that you don't eat there. Don't expect good service however they still have a black and tan beer the only redeeming factor along with are the big screen TVs..... Yes I will probably go back there because it's the only place I get in town but I will eat somewhere else before I go

This place was clean and fast and good. We drove up from Lake havasu 60 miles. Well worth it. We need in havasu. Wing choices were amazing. Great sports bar. Bathrooms were very clean.
